Including online ordering of appraisals, title, flood certificates and mortgage insurance. Loan Officers can operate more efficiently since these items are located in one central area. The efficiencies that are generated by bundling these services typically results in a lower per-loan cost to the Credit Union.
 
Administrative Functions
  • Site Reporting tools give Credit Union managers detailed access and control over their mortgage process. Online access to the Credit Union pipeline is available at all times. Applications Received, Fee Collections, Leads and Order Status reports can be accessed and sorted by date or mortgage product to give a clear picture of the Credit Union's mortgage pipeline.
